Refund policy

We want you to be sure The Retake Lab · LSAT is right for you. If it isn't, you can get your money back early on, before you have used much of the course.
Who can get a full refund
- You ask within 7 days of your payment, and
- you have answered fewer than 50 practice questions in total (diagnostic, practice, RC, verification and exam questions all count).
If both are true, you get a full refund of the $599 you paid, and your access ends when the refund is issued.
How to ask
Email heloiselsmith@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Refund”. We reply within 3 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.
After the refund window
After 7 days, or once you have answered 50 or more questions, payments are not refundable, except where the law where you live requires otherwise. You keep access for the full 6 months.
Your data
A refund doesn't delete your data automatically. You can export or delete everything in Settings, or ask us to delete it.
