What this is

The Retake Lab · LSAT is an independent study tool run by Heloise L Smith. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the LSAC. LSAT is a registered trademark of the Law School Admission Council and is used here only to describe the exam the tool helps you prepare for.

No guarantees

• The app never guarantees any score. Readiness reports summarize your own evidence; they are not predictions of an official result.
• Practice questions are original and were written with AI assistance. Items marked “awaiting expert review” may contain errors. Please report anything that looks wrong to heloiselsmith@gmail.com.
• Information about LSAC policies, eligibility and test dates may be out of date. Always confirm directly with the LSAC.
• The app is a study aid. It is not medical, psychological, legal or admissions advice.

Price, access and refunds

• One payment of $599 gives one person 6 months of access, starting on the day of payment. Access does not renew automatically.
• Full refund within 7 days of payment if you have answered fewer than 50 practice questions. See the refund policy for how to ask.

Your account

• Keep your password private, and use the account for your own study only.
• Don't try to access other people's data, disrupt the service, or copy the question bank for redistribution.
• You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Availability

The service is provided as-is and may change, pause or end. We back up data regularly, but please export anything important to you (Settings → Export all my data).
